Daniel McGarvey, esq

Dan has handled hundreds of criminal and delinquency cases ranging from petty offenses to first degree murder. He spent six years at The Office of the Colorado State Public Defender as a trial lawyer in Arapahoe County. The last year and a half of his tenure was spent as a Senior Deputy State Public Defender.

Dan's aggressive advocacy has resulted in dismissal of charges, suppression of evidence, sanctions for discovery violations, motions for judgment of acquittal granted, acquittals at trial and successful appeals. He has taken three first degree murder cases to trial, resulting in a full acquittal in one of the cases. Dan believes in showing all of his clients empathy. His loyalty to his clients is unshakable and he will not hesitate in defending them.
